James River Writers
CONFERENCE 2006
Friday & Saturday, October 6-7, 2006
at the
Library of Virginia
JRW Conference 2006 blended genres, styles, writers, editors and agents together in a unique series of sessions providing wide-ranging perspectives on the writing life. Business basics and creative struggles, victories and dead ends, challenges and opportunites, surprises and unexpected angles—we mixed it up with multiple points of view in every session, while maintaining our signature conference features: an intimate setting at the Library of Virginia, a balanced focus on the art and the business of writing, terrific panelists, and the bracing First Pages Critique and One-on-One with an Agent.
Here's what we featured at Conference 2006:
Featuring:
Chuck Adams,
Executive Editor at Algonquin Books of Chapel Hill
